He said the frequent meetings between leaders especially Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and his Thai counterpart Surayud Chulanont clearly demonstrate the effective networking between them. “Being close neighbours we have to live with each other and most importantly not be at odds with each other. Best Western to launch new three-star brand in ThailandUS-based hotel company. The brand will be aimed at the three-star market as the company plans to move its existing brands Big Western and Best Western Premier up to four- and five-star level respectively. Separately Best Western has announced plans to increase its presence in China over the next two years. The company has 32 hotels in China and plans to increase its managed properties to 60 by 2009. Best Western also has six hotels in India which it intends to increase to 100 in the next 10 years.
