A final round of 64 followed rounds of 70 68 and 66 for the Dubai-based Ali to finish on 12-under par. The event was won by India’s Jyoti Randhawa on 17-under par. Hall only received a last-minute invitation for the event and will rely on invitations for much of the next few months until his category on the Asian Tour gives him the opportunity to automatically play from May-ctober in the smaller events of the Asian Tour schedule. His Top-10 finish enables him automatic entry into the Sail pen in New Delhi and gets him to 41st on the rder of Merit.

The three Thai dignitaries called on Tuanku Mizan separately starting with Abhisit at 9. 30am (Thai time) at the Chao Phraya Room of the Mandarin riental Hotel here. Malaysian Works Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Zin Mohamed who is the minister-in-attendance told Malaysian journalists afterwards that the discussions touched on the situation in southern Thailand and economic cooperation between Thailand and Malaysia. Mohd Zin who was present at the audience said Abhisit thanked the Malaysian government for the cooperation extended to create a better atmosphere in southern Thailand. He said Tuanku Mizan also touched on cooperation to develop the area especially in promoting tourism between the two countries.
