During the search of a hotel at the Cantt Railway Station the police arrested a suspect Hashim and found one kilogramme of Heroin in his luggage. During investigation Hashim disclosed that he was the resident of Haripur Hazara and was involved in the smuggling of heroin for the past many years. Moreover last year he smuggled 90 capsules of heroin to Thailand inside his stomach and sold them for 16000 dollars. The accused further told the investigators that on Wednesday he had a flight to Thailand but was arrested by the police. Further probe is underway.
