Suchada Saengarun a Bachelor of Art – Tourism Industry Management from Mahidol University International College began her career as duty manager at Novotel Siam Bangkok in 2000. After that she decided to explore her career outside of Thailand she took up a position as room division manager at Villa Santi Hotel & Resort in Laos and later at The Grand Luang Prabang Hotel with the same position. In 2003 she returned to Thailand to join Accor Asia Group as human resources coordinator and was promoted to be junior graduates and mobility coordinator Asia in 2005. Prior to joining U Chiang Mai she was group administration and development manager at the corporate office of Ibis Erawan Thailand to assist with the opening of the Ibis hotels in Thailand. The 29-year-old learned he was missing from Thai hotel staff who recognized him when he tried to check in Paul Harrie said.
